Background: Adequate sleep is essential for various health outcomes (e.g., obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease). However, time threatened by the increased opportunities unsupervised screen available to children of all ages. The American Academy Sleep Medicine recommends that elementary-aged between 9-12 hours per night. Further, Pediatrics children's recreational be limited less than two day.
